
Ismaila Yakubu is a doctoral researcher in the Self-Regulation in Health and Well-being lab in the Department of Psychology at the University of Sheffield. His doctoral research is focused on ‘Employees with Type 2 Diabetes: An Investigation of Self-Compassion, Perceived Control, Occupational Stressors, and Adherence to Treatments for an Enhanced Well-being’.
Ismalia is a co-author of a published paper- Insomnia, Depression and Anxiety as Associated by Traumatic Events, Coping Strategies and Coping Resources among Internally Displaced Adolescents in North-East Nigeria.
Ismaila has B.Sc and M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from University of Jos, Nigeria.
