Measures for Research

We have developed several measures that assess different aspects of health and well-being. Each of these measures are freely available to researchers to use for non-commercial research and educational purposes. The measures are not available for use for commercial purposes.

Links to a brief summary of each measures are presented below, including whether translations are available. If you are interested in using any of these measures for research purposes, please click on the associated download links.

Because we are trying to create a data base for each of these measures to make them more useful for other researchers, we ask that you complete a brief survey before accessing the measure. The download link will redirect you to a survey will ask questions about your reasons for using the measure, as well as information about yourself.  All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes of understanding how the measure is being used. After you complete the survey you will be redirected to a page with the download link for the measure and its manual.
